Auckland hip-hop duo Definite & Bling and their infectious party sound mark Capitalrecordings’ first foray into the commercial single’s market with the triple(!) A-side CD single ‘Jump Up’/’Dam!’/’Like That’ (CREC1024).

Previously only available on 12” vinyl (CREV1207) “Jump Up!” has proven to be one of the most popular releases Capitalrecordings have put out, thanks in no small part to heavy airplay for Paul Herschell’s animated video for the track and Definite & Bling’s exuberant live performances of it on “Top of the Pops” and “Hyundai Sports Café”. It was also included on NZOA’s Indie Hit Disc #28.

A video for ‘Like That’ is currently on rotate on C4 and Juice, with ‘Dam!’ also slated for a video treatment following its inclusion on NZOA Indie Hit Disc #30. Both tracks are to be released as a double A-side on 12” vinyl once a third and final “mystery” track has been completed.
